Instead, Patti Saylor, RN, will be discussing what you’ll want to know about Nursing Support Services and the Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) if you self-direct your services.

Much confusion exists regarding Nursing Support Services in Self Direction as well as the use of the HRST. Patti will present clarifying information about the two Nursing Support Services in the Community Pathways Waiver available to people who Self Direct and general information on the HRST. Please join us for this informational session on a seldom explained topic.
