DSP RECRUITMENT PORTAL SURVEY Feb 22, 2022 | Recent DSP Draft Survey Introduction SDAN has received a SpArc Tank grant to investigate the feasibility of creating a Portal for self-directing participants and prospective Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to find each other. The first phase of this project will focus on making a portal where DSPs can sign up and self-directing participants can search that list to get contact information. Future phases may add the capability for self-directing participants to post jobs available as well. We would like to ask you some questions to determine feasibility and acceptance of this kind of project for self-directing participants and their families for a project like this. This survey is only intended for self-directing participants (and their families/advocates), people who are/want to become Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and Support Brokers.
