September’s meeting focused on the upcoming waiver renewals and the changes that DDA has proposed.
We highlighted DDA proposals that we that we see as improvements, as well as concerns, for people who self-direct. We also had an extended question and answer period on a range of topics.
SDAN’s full comments on DDA’s proposed waiver changes will be distributed via email to membership and posted on the website by October 4, 2022.
We encourage individual members to submit their own public comment and/or endorse SDAN’s public comment by emailing wfb.dda@maryland.gov before the October 6, 2022 deadline.
