SDAN believes we still need another amendment that addresses all the concerns of SDAN and seven other advocacy organizations! Among our ongoing concerns are:
Definition of Personal Supports
Designated Rep potentially being required — should always be only an option.
Reimbursement to Families for use of specialized vehicles.
Role of support broker and CCS
SDAN’s comments on DDA’s latest amendment, which were due on September 30, 2020.
